    1. I don t play tennis Read this book b c I thought it would help me w life in general help me, for example, have confidence, be cooler under pressure, etc Seems to have pretty good advice Clearly and concisely written.

    2. This is the most practical and well written book I ve read on the mental game Murray is a sports psychologist He presents the mental outlook so that it s not to scientific and not to fluffy I found a lot I could use, especially regarding attention control and imagery.

    3. Brad Gilbert s book, Winning Ugly has better and blunt, straight up advice on the mental game of tennis I would recommend that one over Smart Tennis.
