    1. Enjoyed this a lot after 10 years of practising tai chi and the tricky art of tao, it was a fun read than a revelationary one, but well written and amusing and just the right length Perfect starting point for those intrigued by tao or looking to start on tai chi, and want some thoughts on working them into everyday life.

    2. I m probably not the most independent of reviewers but its one of my fave books on Getting Things Done, explored through the Soft Art of tai Chi But as I sayI m probably a little partial.Book is available in print as well as in all ebook versions You can find an updated listing here booksbypaulread.weebly

    3. If you never own another tai chi book, please own this one It s irreverent look at tai chi is funny, humorous, funny again and jolts you out of the trap many tai chi players find themselves in It will make you laugh, it will make you think You will laugh until you come to the realization that what Paul says is just plain right If you ever take up tai chi, take up Bean Curd Boxing as well.

    4. Everything that Paul writes has a certain humour and lightheartedness about it I enjoy the subtle way he weaves historical and current practices together along with poking a bit of fun at those like me who love the detail in everything.
