I m finding this an interesting take on low carb Make it simple, flavorful, and keep both the carbs and fats and calories to a minimum and only 3 ingredients Within those constraints, the author still manages to come up with some creative dishes.While fat phobic than I am I would probably substitute the full fat versions for her low fat substitutes for milk and cheese , there are a number of recipes I think I am going to try.
