    1. I rather enjoyed this collection It has many great stories to offer those interested in mythology or the fantastic While it s a bit old and perhaps even a little dated, Creature Fantastic is still an excellent addition to any collection I read it over the course of a few days, which is exactly what I suggest the rest of you do A few of the stories repeat creatures, so for maximum effect it s best if you take your time and read them one by one rather than back to back Trust me, I ve burnt myself [...]

    2. I read this a few years ago, but two stories stand out in my mind Kristine Kathryn Rusch s story of the shifter, and the story with the faerie dog I loved those stories I ll have to re read it eventually to see if I remember any of the others This is a great book for those who are fans of magical or mythological creatures.

    3. An interesting collection of stories all around the theme of fantasy creatures The different styles of the stories made it a nice book to pick up and just read a story out of This is one that I plan to keep a hold of as I enjoyed most of the stories.
