    1. This is the same book as Women of the Year Ten Fillies Who Achieved Horse Racing s Highest Honor, but with two chapters added at the end one for Rachel Alexandra and one for Zenyatta Presumably, there will be a new edition at some point with a new chapter for Havre de Grace This is still a good book I have only one complaint what is with all of the typos Are the editors sleeping Other than that, very awesome, as expected

    2. My initial reaction to Horse Racing Divas was disappointment and a feeling of being misled This book is simply a reissue of Women of the Year with the addition of chapters on back to back Horses of the Year Rachel Alexandra and Zenyatta And I m guessing they ll issue yet another new book with a chapter on 2011 Horse of the Year Havre de Grace Why they changed the title and made it out to be a new book, I don t know, but I felt a bit gypped That said, the re read was an enjoyable one, visiting th [...]

    3. There were some things I really liked about this book There are photos in all the chapter, including photos from the older horses which was a nice treat Also it is very informative including a lot of information on each horse s racing career as well as the full past performances In some of the stories information is also included on the human connections and the mares broodmare career.Things I didn t like There are nonfiction racing books out there that read like novels This is not one of them A [...]

    4. I enjoyed this book It isn t complete as its missing Havre de Grace but I m sure a newer edition will come out at some point I understand it s a bit of a rehash of another book about female horse of the years but since I wasn t familiar with that one, I m pleasantly pleased with this one.
