    1. Ewe gotta read this Ewe will love it This Ewetopian tale is a very clever story about a sheep, a wolf and a night at the ball that just may end up with a bunch of ewes in a pot and a Big Bad Wolf holding a Ewetensil and quite possibly drinking Ewecalyptus tea, which would and wouldn t be very hot Just when ewe think ewe know what will happen ewe get bombarded with an awful howling tantrum about a dirty room, some homework and personal hygiene A story that is Rambunctious Ramplestiltskin couldn t [...]

    2. This book is about a sheep who doesn t fit in and isn t comfortable with who she is So, for a costume ball, she tries to think of the best costume possible, and comes up with a wolf costume She goes to the ball, and is ridiculed for her outfit A wolf comes to the ball in a sheep s costume The young sheep ends up saving all of her friends by distracting the wolf from eating them This is a picture book because it incorporates text and pictures to tell a story The story would be for a advanced 1st [...]

    3. Some of the reviewers didn t care for this because they thought the moral wasn t clear enough Sheesh Sure, there s a bit of a lesson, but mainly it s funny And if it seems to wordy or tedious because of the long awkward names of the sheep, you re reading it too young try grade 2 or 3, those who know what Heyewe and Ramshackle and Ewecalyptus actually are Recommended to folks with a sense of humor I will continue to look for by the author and illustrator.

    4. Genre Picture BooksPublication Date 2007This book is hilarious My second grade students loved it It is about a sheep who just doesn t seem to fit into the sheep herd Finally, she was invited to a costume ball Unfortunately, she choose to come dressed as a wolf It did not go over well until a wolf entered ball Ewetopia must save the day This book is also really good when trying to explain teir two words.

    5. This book made me laugh so hard The wolf s childishness is so familiar for anyone who has been around a young child Even WOLVES don t clean their rooms OR do their homeworkI must secretly be a wolf.

    6. Ewetopia craves the attention of her fellow ewes and rams She dresses up in wild outfits just to be seen But when she fails to attract and stun, she sees her invite to the Woolyones Ball as her opportunity to finally be noticed She tries on 57 costumes and ultimately picks a wolf suit that she is sure will get everyone s attention However, the other sheep think her costume is in very bad taste And when a wolf arrives dressed as a sheep, the party really gets started The wolf addresses Ewetopia a [...]

    7. Ewetopia is a sheep who isn t comfortable in her own wool No one notices the fashionable outfits she wears A costume ball is her chance to dress to impress and she goes as a wolf which everyone derides as tasteless At the party, a wolf dressed in sheep s clothing mistakes Ewetopia for his mother When he reveals himself and snatches up the partygoers to eat, Ewetopia thinks quickly, and as his mother, insists he first wash up, do his homework and clean his room The wolf throws a tantrum and leave [...]

    8. In this book, there was a sheep who liked to dress up because he didn t like his skin That s why no one liked him And then one day someone invited him to a birthday party, and he wore a wolf suit No one liked his costume So they decided to give the wolf a sheep costume, and then the sheep thought the wolf was his mom, and then he noticed that he wasn t his mom Then the wolf though the sheep was his mom and he took all the costume off of everybody and put them in a bag And then the sheep took his [...]

    9. The accomplished team of Helen Lester and Lynn Munsinger who created the Tacky series that we love so much has created an interesting story about a sheep who wears a wolf costume to a party This story is a bit silly, but fun nonetheless.

    10. quit long and some of the word misunderstandings seem to be for older children Clothing is important to Ewetopia, but her carefully chosen wolf outfit fails to impress the other sheep at the Woolyones costume ball until a real wolf appears dressed as a sheep, mistakes her for his mother, and throws a tantrum when she outsmarts him.

    11. It s an interesting story It teaches that you couldn t see just the appearance, for example, some people have a good appearance and when they show how they really are, you are disappointed, so it s a good advice, don t look just to the appearance.

    12. This book is a bit tedious because of the tongue in cheek names of the characters The moral of the story is good it s best to just be yourself It s a good read in the classroom when I want to talk with students about being who they are and being a good friend.

    13. Hector loved this The concept of a wolf dressed as a sheep and a sheep dressed as a wolf was novel for him

    14. My favorite parts were when Ewetopia found out that the sheep wasn t a sheep, but a real wolf and when there was a sheep dressed in an Elvis costume.

    15. My son loves this author s books He loved the way the wolf threw a temper tantrum in front of everyoneI think it reminded him of someone sigh

    16. A cute story about accepting yourself and understanding it s not what s on the outside that matters, but what s on the inside.

    17. A classic sheep in wolf s clothing meets up with wolf in sheep s clothing at the Woolyone s Costume Ball.

    18. I loved the vocabulary in this story It was amazing with the play on words and how creative the author was with her word choice.
