This is a male male love story set during the times of the Crusades This isn t my normal genre, as I usually read paranormal romance, but this one caught my eye Although it s a pretty fast read, I felt the author was able to tell their story, giving us love, heartbreak and angst I felt as if Alexius was using Walter for sport,and I m not sure that if Walter hadn t bolted, Alexius would have pursued him.There was only one sticking points for me Walter seemed to give in too quickly to Alexius Walt [...]

Very typical of this author s work sweet, with an almost fairytale element of love at first sight, rescues and happily ever after And it might have been just that I ve gotten used to it, but the weird 2 perspective retrospective used in other works didn t seem to be used in this one.Recommended read.
