    1. McAleer proves that a thoughtful, witty, whodunnit can be orchestrated without raunchy sex scenes or over the top violence He demonstrates great respect to my parents generation people who grew up in the 40s and 50s with an older, likable protagonist in Gus Churchill Excellent novel and a quick read.

    2. Andrew McAleer s FATAL DEEDS is a great mystery novel Tastefully written and loads of fun I loved the characters especially the central characters Gus Churchill and Happy Fremont.
