    1. I won this book in a firstreads giveaway.Scott Cane is a twist on the concept of a hero He has a strong desire to see justice done and defend the innocent from falling prey to violent serial killers In order to do this he tracks the killers himself and uses his unnatural abilities as a sort of shape shifter to exterminate them and take over their life as he hunts down his next victim The catch is not only does he inherit all of their physical abilities, he also has to cope with flashes of their [...]

    2. This was a really good read and by the end of the story I felt a solid connection with most of the characters There were several twists and layers to the story that really required you to pay attention so you need to commit to this one which in my opinion is a good thing I thought this was a unique story that at the end of the day left me very pleased that I found it I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

    3. I would call this story a sort of Dexter story with a twist The twist is what makes this story so compelling Anyone that loves a story where the bad guy gets what he deserves will love this one There is just enough violence, sex and weird goings on that you just can t help to keep flipping those pages to see what happens next I highly recommend this book and think that Jeremy Kline has a great future as a writer I will be looking forward to his books in the future

    4. This is a very fun and nontraditional thriller I expected a little violence, I did not expect such well drafted characters There were many fun twists along the way, some that an adept reader might foresee, but many were just nice surprises Mr Kline has pre sold me his next book.

    5. This was a great read It was fast paced, had a story line that drew me in, lots of twists and turns, and the characters were engaging All I want to know now is, Mr Kline when will the next book be out

    6. I absolutely loved this book The story was incredible and I just could not stop reading I can t wait for a sequel

    7. Fiction 2012 Read 2012.I received the book for free through First Reads.Interesting story There s a lot of dialog making it read like a screenplay than a novel that kept the pace fast It isn t a book that makes you regret the time spent reading it, and that s something I almost gave this book three stars but couldn t It s a good story, but not an engrossing read The characters are not empathetic and the writing isn t stylish nothing pulls in the reader other than the fast flow of dialog That is [...]

    8. I actually won this book on Good Reads this one and the next one, Michael Faust and I was excited to try the series It was different from what I expected but I enjoyed it The series has a very clever concept behind it, with the narrator communicating with those whose roles he takes on.
