This book was made available to me through NetGalley.The worst part of this book was I was stuck on an airplane and my mouth was watering the entire time Some of the recipes in here are not going appeal to everyone but the book also serves as a lovely biography of Hubert Keller I enjoyed learning things about food and life in France and got a giggle out of some of the things that are described in the book I have to admit I will never look at peeling eggs again after he describes how they did it [...]

    4. Had a lot of problems because the formatting of the edition I was originally provided was unreadable When I was given a new version it expired early, so I was unable to complete the book or cook from it I don t review cookbooks that I ve not actually cooked from.
