    1. This was another impulse buy from my local used book store It was a REALLY disappointing read Most of the art was average for comic art but just looked really out of place for zombies, coming off as too cartoon like Most of the stories were FAR to short to deliver much of anything worth reading I d like to think that short story type anthology s can work for comics, but it definitely didn t work here. The only 2 story s that I felt were even worth the time I spent reading were For Pete s Sake and [...]

    2. I ve enjoyed horror comics for many years, from WHERE MONSTERS DWELL through CREEPY and EERIE and on up through current titles I was, however, a bit skeptical about reading this series, fearing that a steady diet of zombie stories could prove repetitive quickly It was a pleasant surprise to discover that this was not the case To the contrary, I was actually struck by the variety of tales on offer, and the many different approaches to what is essentially a common background As with any anthology, [...]

    3. 3.5I found myself needing to round this score up as much because of many of the other reviews dogging this collection as anything else There were a few very special stories, and a few that were so so at best But, as crazy as it sounds, and I promise it s not a zombie thing I found this engaging than Flight 1 After reading this, I added a few comics to my to read that I might have never found otherwise I think the day to day look at zombies was most interesting I don t know I would buy it at ful [...]

    4. A strange anthology with the typical anthology problems Some stories are awesome, and they get weighed down by the lesser ones as a result I m probably forgiving of it since I love a good zombie story, and this mostly scratched that itch, but I ultimately spent time wishing it was a little better.

    5. Zombie Tales is an anthology, so suffers from the same problem as most a few good stories, most mediocre, and a couple dreadful Harmless as a quick read, though.

    6. No clunkers in the lot here I found myself wishing most of these stories were made into their their own graphic novels Great zombie comix

    7. One or two stories seemed a bit weak, but overall awesome tales I m a long time zombie fan and this kept me happy.
