I received this book from First Reads I was hesitant in starting to read this book The cover of the book didn t make this seem like the type of book I would typically read, but boy was I wrong The author captured my attention from the very beginning of the book The action starts right away and doesn t stop I haven t read the first book in the series, but it didn t matter very much There were very few references to the previous book Constable Julian is the main character with his partner, Constab [...]
