    1. A good short and quick read Though the book keeps repeating the same thing over and over again, it was an interesting read, giving an insight into the Vipassana form of Meditation however, the book requires good editing, as there appear to be lot of incomplete sentences and grammatical errors.

    2. 3. I loved this little book Plain instructions in English about how to practice Meditation Very clear and very practical as the title declares.
