    1. As the title indicates, our heroine, Marcella has been claimed by the barbarians, but really, she agrees to marry one of the two brothers in exchange for her family s safety. She s already spent time with brother 1, so then it s onto brother two She experiences her first handjob, then her first 69 And that s the most we re shown There s a lot of telling in this book, so we re to somehow figure out that she s fallen for both equally, but I have no idea how since we never hear see the conversations [...]

    2. 2nd book in 3 part series, definitely cannot be read out of order.Pleasantly surprised Not a huge fan of historical romances but this one managed to keep my interest enough to read all three parts.

    3. Though marked as Erotica, and contianing sex scenes though tastefully rendered in my opinion not crude etc the historical detail and research of Roman life and culture are excellent.
