Both authors are solid fitness professionals, and I would say that at the very least I know that Twist works with athletes, but the nice thing is that they also address persons of varying fitness levels That being said, I would say this is a intermediate to advanced at times group of exercises They involve a person needing a good degree of co ordination, control and strength to execute I would suggest working with a trainer before attempting some of the exercises if you are new and just diving i [...]
