    23. This is the third book the the series, but the first I have read It was very easy to read as a stand alone book as the author gives plenty of background and gives a cast of characters list at the front of the book Spice shop owner Pepper Reece is awaiting a visit from her mom, a shop visit by a food critic and struggling with her love life, or lack thereof When she stumbles across the dead body of someone her mother knew years ago, her skills as a sleuth take over her life As Pepper uncovers clu [...]

    24. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review I wasn t sure when I began this book that I would enjoy it because it was the first Spice Shop Mystery I had read and there were so many characters I was very thankful for the cast of characters in the front of the book that allowed me to keep everyone sorted out As I progressed however, I really enjoyed the story Pepper is funny and fierce The mystery elements kept me guessing, the narrative made me feel like I was walking through [...]

    25. I do love this series I always learn something new about spices, recipes to try, and Seattle life The mystery is always fab, I adore the characters, the setting We get a peek into Pepper s past, we meet her mom Seeing Pepper work her way through various relationships as much as she works her way through the clues she discovers in her investigations is a joy to behold It feels like real life Pepper doesn t always go in the right direction She missteps often, she is nosey I love that Reading this [...]

    26. For a quick and fun read I like the Spice Shop Mystery series Pepper Reece has all the answers and just in time too I really like Arf, Pepper s dog He takes everything in stride realizing he has an awesome mom Even though the personnel at the spice shop are reliable, understanding and all around great people, I would want to be Pepper She can run a spice shop and keep her customers happy She s a whiz in the cooking department AND can solve crimes Wow An absolute wonder woman Pepper s my heroine

    27. Number three in the Spice Shop series and Leslie Budewitz has outdone herself In this book Pepper s Mother has arrived home for a visit and whilst wandering around the market with Pepper she meets a woman that she thought was dead Regrettably within 2 days she is and there is a possibility that Elena is to blame Unsurprisingly Pepper doesn t believe this and ends up getting mixed up in the mess to sort it out.

    28. 4 stelle e mezza.

    29. This is truly one of my favorite series, and I almost wish there wasn t an ending so I could read on Book three did not let me down Piper and her friends are relatable The mystery is almost secondary to the relationships, and that isn t a bad thing The setting make me want to travel Since I can t runaway to Seattle, I guess I will eagerly wait for the fourth book.
